Smooth peanut butter Bird seed String Attach a piece of string to the pine cone. Generously spread peanut butter over the entire cone and roll in bird seed. Hang from a branch outside close to the house where the children can see the birds enjoying their treat. If you don't have any pine cones nearby, try this one. Bird Bowl Treat What you will need:
String Peanut butter Bird seed Cornmeal Dried fruit Breadcrumbs Make holes in fruit skins and tie on string. Mix ingredients together. Fill fruit bowls with mixture. Hang outside on a branch or clothesline near window. One last one .... Bird Cookie Treat What you will need:
String, ribbon or wool (yarn) Egg white Slices of bread Cut out different shapes with the cookie cutters on the slices of bread. Make a hole in the top of each bread shape. Brush egg white over both sides of the bread and cover in bird seed. Press down. Let it dry thoroughly. Thread each cookie treat with string or ribbon and tie it to a tree branch.
